SVMR Degree College was started by "ANDAL EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY" (Estd1999)by the experienced and young professionalsunder guidance of the Chairmanship of S.S. Rama Rao, to provide educational opportunities and to promote and decimate un-education in mofussil areas of the WANAPARTHY town (erstwhile Samasthanam) to the needy of this region in particular and in rural areas in general. Today, under the continued ownership of its founding body, The SVMR Degree College is being considered as one of the top Degree colleges in Wanaparthy and serves the diverse educational, economic, and cultural needs of the student population of Wanaparthy town and rural areas of all community by providing education, career and basic-skills courses and programs, as well as opportunities for life-long learning.
